Turnaround time can vary between a day - 3. weeks as some items are personalised. Lead time will also vary due to stock levels and demand. If you need your item by a certain date please use the contact form to let me know.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

If you order a personalised item, please use the contact form to let me know all your personalisation details. If you don't do this, your item(s) may be delayed. You can also email the details to ' annetterosejewellery@outlook.com '

DELIVERY

We offer delivery within UK only. We use Royal mail and Hermes as methods. Delivery is currently FREE for all orders. Delivery times aim is 2-5 working days depending on the method.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

All Personalised items are non-return, non-refund, non-exchangeable

All items that are NOT personalised can be returned for a refund if you contact us within 2 working days of it's arrival and returned (cost is buyers responsibility) within 14 days. It needs to be unworn, unused & returned in original condition.

If any order arrives faulty, please contact us with pictures for a replacement
